We just want to thank you for the amazing ring, but more importantly for your wonderful service. We went to many jewellers and we choose you to produce our bespoke ring as we felt welcomed, and we were treated as an individual, as opposed to a number. We enjoyed the whole experience of meeting you both and found you to be professional and friendly.Also, just to let you know, we have booked a date for the wedding (19h Novemeber 2011) yes we know its quick haha! But that is how we do things :) so I will look forward to seeing you both in October so that you can sort out our wedding bands!

Just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thank you so much for the eternity ring you made for my wife.  Having it made to match the rings she already has was always going to be tricky, and you did an amazing job – it matches perfectly.  The cleaning job you did on her engagement ring was also great – it made that look like a new ring; it hadn’t sparkled that much for a few years! 
I know Cath is desperate to wear the new ring, but as I had to wait for my golf clubs, she’ll have to wait until her birthday!

When I came to you with my diamond you were happy to offer your services to set my diamond into a platinum setting of my choice.
I had been to another well known jewellers in St Albans and being quoted twice your price. They were not half as friendly as you!  And so I chose one of your very simple design to show off my beautiful brilliant cut diamond and left it in your capable hands. The hardest part was waiting for it to be made.
I was so nervous about seeing the final product but I need not have worried. It truly is beautiful and I cannot stop looking at it.

Hi Barry

I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the work you have done to transform my late grandma’s ring. She was a very special lady and a big influence on my life so the work you have done is really important to me.
Despite the ring being a beautiful emerald and diamond number, the setting was in yellow gold which is not my colour and the stones quite heavily recessed in the old style setting, which meant it has spent many of the last fifteen years languishing in a drawer.
You have made me an exquisite platinum ring which shows off the stones beautifully and I can now wear it every day.
You also had the great idea of using the old yellow gold setting. You are going to plate it so that it is silver in appearance and add in three gorgeous aquamarine stones.
So I will have two fabulous rings to remember my very special grandma by!!!
I have been thinking about having the stones reset for years but was worried about whether I could find the right jeweller to trust to do this very special job. I’m glad I found you as you have constantly reassured me with your relaxed style, enthusiasm and professionalism.
